BOARD OF GOVERNANCE
Our constitution stipulates that we are to have a least 5 board members at any one time. Our election/nomination policy follows that if you are once a board member, you are always a Board member - unless voluntary or involuntary resignation is taken. Our terms are therefore for life; with this in mind we take our elections/nomination very seriously.

We count it of great importance to continually monitor and review our Board Members and their respective roles along with our combined skill and knowledge set so as to ensure that we do not become a closed and archaic minded institution.

Our Board of Governance is ultimately responsible for ensuring that CCWM stays focused to our mission, vision and values and fulfils all legal and other regulations. When required our Board will set up focused committees to tackle particular needs or provide ongoing advisory support which may include ordinary members of the organisation, volunteers/staff and specialists.
